International Rescue Committee (IRC) - 2024 | Colombia's Education Program Deck
As the Education Program Coordinator for Colombia, one of my challenges was to develop and communicate a strategic plan for the Education Program in a context of progressively diminishing financial support for the humanitarian sector. This deck is the result of assessing the best practices in communicating the advantages of financing education services developed within our program to various stakeholders, including donors. These best practices included moving from the usual slides filled with text to a more visual and graphic strategy that complements and enriches the oral speech.

The decks for donor calls always aimed to provide the information on the projects' progress as engagingly as possible. With that in mind, I designed the calls' decks by leveraging the project's brand visuals and including as much multimedia content as possible. The goal was to transition from a boring meeting with a flat presentation to a joyful call where the donor gets to know what's happening on the field and, when possible, how thrilled the clients are when they benefit from the services they invest in.
